Essential Job Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains strong strategic relationships with targeted professional referral sources who are qualified to refer The Refuge. Develops individualized referral source development plans to cultivate the referral relationships and to build a committed referral partner.
Conducts needs assessments with targeted professional referral sources who have the potential to refer to The Refuge. Develops individualized referral source development plans to cultivate the referral relationships and to build a committed referral partner.
Develops key events and educational forums that demonstrate The Refuge s thought leadership and that provide an opportunity to both identify potential top referral sources and to maintain existing referral relationships.
Utilizes analytic tools including Salesforce and the quarterly PPT plans to effectively plan and evaluate activity to optimize results.
Represents The Refuge, A Healing Place in professional forums and communicates mission in all outreach and interactions.
Maintains range of creative outreach initiatives that ensure regular bi-weekly contact with top accounts through phone, email, e-blast, written notes, events, networking and other professional activities.
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
Participate in process/quality improvement activities of the company.
Keep required training current.
