Sr. Financial Analyst A leading global provider of innovative and intelligent hardware and software solutions. Overview Position is responsible for conducting financial analysis related to all aspects of business performance. Including revenue, manufacturing costs, other expenses, product line profitability, capital spend and working capital. The position will be responsible for helping business leaders and other managers throughout the organization to understand how they can impact the various elements of the financial statements. The position will work with the accounting team to prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to key stakeholders in the organization. Additionally, the position is responsible for formulating and compiling the annual budget and monthly forecast projections and will interact with all levels of management on special projects. Qualifications BS in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 7 years experience, preferably with Manufacturing environment exposure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer and communication (oral and written) skills. Independent worker and analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems. CPA requited. Responsibilities Prepare monthly reporting package for Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders. Specifically, the responsibilities include compiling reporting data, analyzing business results and publishing report set. Own the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process and perform reconciliations on some specific accounts. Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of the results of the companys performance against historical, budgeted and forecasted planning results to help facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and forecasted plan. Provide insight and analysis on income statement and changes in financial position. Support key business stakeholders with timely and accurate financial analysis regarding revenue, cost of sales and period expenses by facilitating monthly cost center reviews. This role should be the first point of contact for issues and questions regarding cost centers. Prepare and maintain the quarterly incentive compensation program and payments. Provide financial and analytical support for the incentive compensation accounting and forecasting processes. Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance. Projects as assigned ad hoc by management.
